My Roof Leaks. Do I Need To Have It Replaced Completely?
In most cases, the entire roof does not need to be replaced. Normally the leak can be found and repaired.
Can I Do The Work Myself and Save Money?
You can make your own repairs if you know exactly where the leak is coming from and are comfortable with heights, but in most cases, it’s better to have a professional make the repairs.
How Long Can I Expect My Roof System To Last?
The life expectancy of a roof depends on a few factors. Weather, high winds, hail, sun exposure, and the type of shingle used. Most Three Tab shingles come with a 25-year material warranty and most architectural shingles come with a limited lifetime material warranty.

What will a new roof system cost?
Several things go into determining the cost of a new roof. The size of the house, the pitch (slope) of the roof, and the type of shingles chosen are the main factors. We are more than happy to come out to measure your home and give you a free no obligations estimate.
And what if my new roof leaks? Then what?
In addition to the 25-year or Limited Lifetime Warranty the shingles come with, we give you a 5-year warranty on our workmanship. If any issues arise, give us a call and we’ll be right out to take care of it.
I have vegetation growth (moss/algae) on my roof. Does it need to be replaced or can it be cleaned?
Although unsightly, algae do not affect the life expectancy of a roof. It doesn’t have to be cleaned, but it can be and does not mean you need to replace the roof.
How can you tell if a roofer is bad?
Be suspicious of anyone that stands in your front yard and tells you that you need a new roof; that determination needs to be made from a physical “boots-on” inspection of the roof. Drones are good for taking pictures, but you can’t judge the structural integrity of the underlying decking or any other aspect of the roof with a picture. If someone who never stepped foot on your roof tells you that you need a new one, you’re dealing with a salesperson, not a roofer. A real roofer will actually get on the roof.
Can a roof be done in one day?
The time it takes to replace a roof depends on the size and slope of the roof. Most roofs take two days to completely finish but there are always exceptions.
How many times can you reroof a house?
There is no limit to the number of times you can reroof your house.
